Hairloss DirectoryI had a 60-something year old client from New York that wanted a logo and a portal site for his new product, NuHair. What was supposed to be a simple task turned into a nightmare.
As I sent him design after design, he liked each one but wanted to see more options. After 2 weeks of designs, and numerous changes for the logo and the site, he couldn't make a choice, saying, "You need to come up with more."
Eventually, I was forced dropped him as a client. It was my first experience where the client didn't know what they wanted and wasted everyone's time. So I post this as an epitome for clients who cannot determine good from bad design.
